ConnectMeGuru operates the B2B Wholesale Portal and API services (partner.connectmeguru.com). In executing wholesale mobile connectivity contracts, we act as an independent data controller regarding our business partners' contact details, billing information, and access credentials.

When you register an account, utilize the partner portal, configure API integrations, or execute wallet top-up transactions, we collect:

• Account & Corporate Identification: Company legal name, authorized Contact Person, corporate email address, business country, and optional corporate website URL.
• Technical & Network Identifiers: Internet Protocol (IP) address recorded at the time of registration and during financial wallet top-up transactions, user-agent data, and API request logs.
• Financial & Transaction Data: Transaction references, PayPal transaction identifiers, cryptocurrency payment transaction hashes, deposit amounts, ledger timestamps, and balance history.
• API & Provisioning Records: B2B order references, ICCID allocations, carrier network fulfillment tokens, and webhook URLs.

We process your information on the following legal bases pursuant to applicable international data protection standards (including EU GDPR and UK GDPR):

• Contractual Performance: Enabling account onboarding, generating API credentials, maintaining prepaid wallet balances, and fulfilling eSIM profile provisioning orders.
• Legal & Regulatory Obligations: Complying with financial recordkeeping mandates, regulatory licensing laws, tax regulations, and sanctions screenings.

In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines and payment network rules, ConnectMeGuru automatically captures and persists the client IP address associated with every balance deposit and wallet modification. This data is strictly retained in administrative audit ledgers to protect against fraudulent claims and satisfy statutory accounting audits.

We employ modern cryptographic protocols including TLS 1.3 transport security, salted hashing for sensitive credentials, and role-based access control. Transactional ledgers and eSIM provisioning records are retained for the duration mandated by financial and communications statutory retention periods.

Authorized partner representatives have the right to inspect, update, or rectify their business profile directly through the Partner Portal.
